Home Care Nurse / Nursing Assistant (DHA)

Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families in **Nipale or Tagalog** is essential. The ideal candidate will provide high\-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring optimal health outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for our clients. **Responsibilities:** * Perform detailed evaluations of patients' health conditions and specific needs. * Create and execute personalized care plans in partnership with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members. * Provide medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring as part of patient management. * Teach patients and their families effective health management techniques and self\-care practices. * Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient care activities and progress notes. * Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth transitions in patient care. * Offer emotional support and counseling services to patients and their families. * Engage in continuous professional development and participate in training initiatives. * Comply with all relevant regulatory and organizational policies and standards. **Qualifications:** * A valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse or Nursing Assistant. * A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent diploma; relevant experience may be taken into account. * At least 1 year of nursing experience, with a preference for experience in home care or similar settings. * Strong clinical assessment abilities and critical thinking skills. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * A compassionate, patient\-centered approach to care delivery. * Capacity to work autonomously and effectively manage time. * **Flexibility for a live\-in arrangement is essential; please do not apply if this does not suit you.** **Perks:** * Attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package. * UAE Residence Visa provided. * Medical insurance coverage. * Transportation support. **How to Apply:** Candidates can also share their CV to \+**971543066709**.
