PROJECT MANAGER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Zimmermann Company offers offset, digital, and wide format printing, mailing, fulfillment, e\-commerce, graphic design, web design, among other services. Zimmermann is a financially strong company that has been in business since 1874\.Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects and be detail oriented. Ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience managing both large and small projects and have a background in customer service. **Candidate will be responsible for:** * Receiving incoming jobs from our external sales force and/or directly from customers * Evaluating and obtaining additional information necessary to process a job successfully through to completion * Preparing a complete and accurate job ticket in our management information system * Communicating with our production team * Working with outside vendors for outsourced materials and labor * Being the project manager for all jobs under their control from start to delivery to the customer * Job estimating skills a plus Jobs vary from simple to complex. Candidate must be well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have excellent keyboarding, communication, and customer relation’s skills. Occasional overtime will be expected.
