**General Description** ----------------------- Provide customer service to employees and the general public and will refer and direct inquiries where appropriate. Review forms and/or documents for accuracy. Prepare attendance improvement plans and discipline documentation for Nurse Managers to review in a timely manner. Check Kronos daily for missing punches. Assist with new hire paperwork and help to schedule drug screen and fingerprint appointments. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Assist with timekeeping for all staff. Assist with scheduling interviews and calling references. Take meeting minutes. Prepare different types of correspondence for review. Will perform related duties as required and assigned by the Human Resources Director. Pre\-employment drug screening test is required.
