*FULL TIME POSITION:* Harris and Renshaw Physical Therapy is an Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic located in Central Arkansas. We Specialize in: \-Sports Medicine, BPPV, Dry Needle, BFR, Aquatics, Pelvic Health, Pulmonary Conditioning, Balance/ Deconditioning, Parkinson's, Chronic pain, We have 4 locations in Central Arkansas and provide a multidisciplinary approach consisting of PT, OTs, ATCs, and PTAs. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Managing Physical Therapist to lead our clinical team. This role combines direct patient care with administrative leadership to ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services. **COMPANY BENEFITS:** * $5,000 Bonus with commitment. * Profit share opportunities. * Ownership potential * Mentorship for clinic operations * Free Professional Development courses * $1,000 Continuing Education allowance * Encouragement to pursue specializations with additional CEU allowance provided * Excellent benefits package, including IRA matching, health, dental, PTO \& more! * All of our locations are centrally located * Community engagements **Primary Job Responsibilities Include:** * **Clinical Oversight:** Supervise and evaluate a team of Physical Therapists, PT Assistants (PTAs), and aides to ensure adherence to professional standards and personalized treatment plans. * **Operational Management:** Manage daily clinic workflows, including tech scheduling, resource allocation, and budget maintenance. * **Patient Care:** Maintain a normal caseload of patients (Avg of 10\-12/day), performing evaluations and developing POCs * **Mentorship:** Lead professional development initiatives, providing coaching and performance evaluations for clinical staff. **Requirements**: * Current Arkansas Physcial Therapy license, CPR certification. * Min of 2 years experience * Outgoing and energetic personality. * Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity **Ideal job for someone who is:** * Looking for a leadership position * Looking for a position that is incentive based * Effective at Delegation * Dependable * People\-oriented * Adaptable * A good problem solver Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $88,500\.00 \- $105,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Have a current PT license or will be graduating from an accredited program.
