As the GTM Engineer at 7shifts, you’ll manage and build the infrastructure behind GTM motions, supporting GTM teams to drive conversion, activation, retention, and growth. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Marketing, you’ll build infrastructure that connects to programs and solutions with automation tools, LLMs, and no-code/low-code platforms to drive key results for the business.
