Frontend Engineer

**About The Role** The role focuses on building high\-performance, accessible, and visually precise user interfaces for complex web applications. It involves translating sophisticated design systems into modular, reusable component libraries that serve as the foundation for the product's user experience. The engineer will work at the intersection of design and engineering, ensuring that frontend architecture is scalable, performant, and maintains high fidelity across different browsers and devices. The position requires a deep understanding of the DOM, browser rendering optimization, and modern state management patterns. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS\-in\-JS or Tailwind CSS architectures * Optimize client\-side performance by implementing code\-splitting, lazy loading, and efficient re\-rendering strategies to minimize Core Web Vitals impact * Collaborate with product designers to implement pixel\-perfect UIs and complex animations using libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP * Integrate frontend components with RESTful or GraphQL APIs, ensuring robust error handling and optimistic UI updates for a seamless user experience * Architect and manage global application state using tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query * Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain unit and integration test suites using Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright **What We Are Looking For** * 3–7 years of professional experience in frontend software engineering, with a strong emphasis on React and the modern JavaScript ecosystem * Deep proficiency in TypeScript, including advanced types and asynchronous programming patterns * Expertise in modern CSS techniques, including Grid, Flexbox, and responsive design principles across mobile and desktop breakpoints * Solid understanding of browser internals, including the critical rendering path, memory management, and security best practices like CSP and XSS prevention * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience * Bonus: Experience with Next.js, WebGL/Three.js, or contributing to open\-source UI component libraries
