**Bilingual Case Coordinator / Legal Liaison (Spanish–English)** **Valhalla Health** **$23–$28/hour \| Full\-Time** Valhalla Health is a specialized health services organization working closely with law firms, medical providers, and patients involved in personal injury and complex care cases. We are seeking a **bilingual (Spanish–English) Case Coordinator** with **paralegal or case management experience** to serve as a key communication bridge between **law firms, patients, and our internal clinical team**. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, professional on the phone, and comfortable navigating legal\-medical conversations. **What You’ll Do** **Legal \& Case Coordination** * Communicate directly with **law firms, paralegals, and case managers** * Handle **billing questions, scheduling coordination, documentation follow\-ups**, and general case status updates * Track case communications and ensure accurate, timely responses * Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining professionalism **Patient Communication** * Speak with patients by phone (English \& Spanish) regarding: * Scheduling * Appointment questions * General service explanations (non\-clinical) * Provide reassurance and clear guidance while maintaining boundaries * Ensure patients understand next steps and expectations **Administrative Support** * Maintain organized records of communications and case notes * Support internal workflows between operations, billing, and clinical teams * Assist with documentation requests and routine follow\-ups **What We’re Looking For** **Required** * **Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)** * Experience as a **paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, or similar role** * Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor * Comfortable handling multiple conversations and priorities * High attention to detail and follow\-through **Preferred (Not Required)** * Experience in **personal injury, medical\-legal, or healthcare coordination** * Familiarity with billing questions, liens, or legal\-medical workflows * Experience working with attorneys or law firms **Compensation \& Benefits** * **$23–$28 per hour**, depending on experience * Full\-time position * Stable, long\-term role with growth opportunity * Professional, respectful work environment * Direct exposure to legal, healthcare, and operations leadership **Why Valhalla Health** We operate at the intersection of **law, medicine, and patient care**.
