**Senior Product Owner \- Berlin \- 80k** We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to help shape and expand a range of digital platforms and services. In this position, you will play a central role in driving digital innovation and improving customer\-focused products within a collaborative, agile environment. **Your responsibilities** * Defining product strategies and turning customer, market, and business needs into a clear product vision * Involvement in enterprise roadmapping planning and decision making * Creating and prioritizing user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria * Managing product initiatives throughout the full development lifecycle with a practical and results\-oriented approach * Leading collaboration across cross\-functional teams including GTM, engineering and marketing * Supporting the creation and growth of digital services with strong commercial potential * Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business areas and management levels * Communicating transparently and effectively with both technical and non\-technical audiences * Handling challenges and conflicts constructively while contributing to sustainable team solutions **Your Profile** * Ideally\+7 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager * Previous experience coordinating and guiding cross\-functional teams * Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, along with exposure to traditional and hybrid project management methods * Business\-oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills * Excellent communication and presentation abilities * Confident decision\-maker who performs well in complex or ambiguous situations * Experience within a digital or technology\-driven environment * Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken * Experience within eCommerce is advantageous **What’s Offered** * Hybrid working opportunities * Health and wellbeing benefits * 30 days vacation * Subsidized public transport * Structured onboarding and continuous professional development opportunities
