We’re hiring an **Onboarding Specialist** who thrives in a fast\-moving startup environment. You’ll own customer onboarding and compliance operations end\-to\-end. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives on autonomy, high\-velocity execution, and building relationships from first touch to close. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new B2B customer onboarding, identifying high\-risk factors and escalating to legal and compliance as needed * Maintain fast turnaround times across the onboarding lifecycle, balancing regulatory requirements with client delivery expectations * Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and drive timely account approvals * Support audit and compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal control standards * Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements that boost onboarding accuracy and speed **Qualifications:** * Experience in BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, or compliance operations at a bank or fintech is preferred. * Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment under time pressure * Clear written communicator who can defend a risk decision simply * Resilient, goal\-oriented, and motivated by performance **Compensation** This is a high\-autonomy role where you’ll directly impact company growth. You’ll work with innovative, early\-stage startups and gain exposure to complex financial workflows and global operations. The expected compensation for this role is $80k.
