**Full Time Patient Experience Specialist at Medical Private Practice** Premier Spine and Sports Medicine Hagerstown, MD. 21740 Seeking a Full\-time Patient Experience Specialist for a busy specialist office in Hagerstown. Prior experience is necessary, and attention to detail is a must. Position requires candidate to have knowledge in medical terminology, insurance referrals, great customer service and communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Candidate should also have knowledge in taking phone calls and clerical duties that include but not limited to; scheduling new and existing patients, checking patients in and out, scanning patient documents, and checking and sending faxes. 401K, Medical benefits, Paid holidays and vacations.
