**We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst** **Location:** Gauteng **Business Unit:** Merchant Division **Department:** CRM **Reports to:** Head of CRM **Employment Type:** Permanent * **Role Purpose** The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading complex business analysis, driving operational optimisation, and ensuring alignment between CRM initiatives and broader Merchant Division strategy.
