DevOps Engineer

**Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. * Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. * Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS. * Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure metrics using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk. * Implement and maintain logging, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure high availability and rapid issue resolution. * Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing, code quality scans, and security checks into deployment pipelines. * Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, networking, storage, and IAM configurations. * Write and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, PowerShell) to automate routine operational tasks. **Required Qualifications** * Active Top\-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information access required. * 2\-5 years of developer experience. * Experience supporting DevOps or infrastructure engineering in enterprise environments * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud architectures * Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools and configuration management practices * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including identity management, encryption, and system hardening * Experience working in Agile development environments **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps). * Hands\-on experience with infrastructure\-as\-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible). * Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS/EKS). * Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or PowerShell). * Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or ELK). * Understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, and firewall configuration. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail. * Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus. * Experience in government or DoD environments is desirable.
