Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for high-volume or high-reliability productsStrong foundation in mechanical design and CAD modeling (SolidWorks preferred)Practical, hands-on prototyping skills—familiarity with machining, 3D printing, assembly, and basic electronics integrationDeep understanding of materials and processes, especially polymers, metals, and joining methodsApplied knowledge of manufacturing principles (DFM, DFA, PFMEA, SPC, lean, six sigma)Experience implementing or integrating MES, traceability, or digital manufacturing systemsAnalytical mindset with experience using statistical tools or AI-assisted data analysis for problem-solvingExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate & influence across cross functional teamsSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on engineering environment
