PRN Physical Therapist

PRN Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care to home bound patients. Pay will be per visit. #### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develops and revises plan of care in consultation with physician and other careteam members. * Provides therapeutic treatments and evaluation of equipment needs as applicable. * Participates in clinical conferences and inservice programs. * Conducts onsite supervisory visits of physical therapy assistants. * Advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel as applicable. * Prepares clinical and progress notes. * Protects and honors patient and coworker confidentiality and right to privacy. * Evaluates outcomes of care. * Plans for discharge. #### **Qualifications and Skills:** * Current Texas PT License. * Current Certification in CPR * Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance * Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus Salary: Pay Per Visit including mileage reimbursement and points assigned on drive time for additional pay. #### **About West Texas Healthcare LLC** In 2005, Dan Willson, PT, MS, founded Paradigm Home Health with a vision to pioneer premier rehabilitation in the rapidly growing home health industry.
