This position is for night duty. To render services and meet the needs of the resident in the Care Facility for older persons while helping them to maintain a high quality of life and to prolong and enhance their independence. · Uphold the Rights of the older person and prevent abuse of older persons · All duties to be performed with respect and dignity towards residents, their family and co workers · Supervise caregivers working with you. · Ensure resident safety and wellbeing.
