Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Our work has taken us all over the country and we are expanding our team as we seek a dynamic, driven and accomplished team leader to join us as our next **Project Manager.** **What You’ll Do** As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously across all phases, including design, preconstruction, permitting, active construction, and closeout/transfer. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Leading and coordinating work across all stakeholders, vendors, and contractors * Overseeing day\-to\-day construction activities and ensuring compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications * Managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and contractor payments * Reviewing and processing contractor billings and change orders * Monitoring project costs, cash flow, and forecasting costs throughout the life of each project * Conducting site safety inspections and promoting safe construction practices * Tracking and reporting project progress * Identifying and resolving issues that impact quality, performance, schedule, or compliance * Performing regular job site visits to support oversight and project success * Leading project closeout and transfer activities with precision and accountability **What We’re Looking For** You bring relevant commercial construction experience, confidence in yourself as a strong team lead, and a proactive and able mindset to every project. Strong, consistent communication and sense of ownership are necessary for success. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 5–8\+ years of progressive responsibility managing commercial and institutional construction projects (new construction and renovations) * Strong understanding of construction procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control * Proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages concurrently * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Procore * Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to travel locally to job sites; Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation \- extensive background checks will be conducted If you’re ready to bring your construction expertise to a role where your decisions drive outcomes—we’d love to hear from you.
