Overview: Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: One of the following: * Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology or related field and 2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience as an exercise physiologist * 5 of the most recent 7 years’ experience as an exercise physiologist Working knowledge of exercise physiology Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills Strong organizational and coordination abilities Licensure, Registration, Certification: BLS Desired Qualifications: Master’s degree in exercise physiology or related field Licensure, Registration, Certification: Certification as Personal Trainer Responsibilities: Leads a healthcare team in developing and implementing comprehensive exercise, fitness, and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs. Coordinates team efforts across both Fitness Center and Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs to ensure quality service delivery, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and optimal patient outcomes through physical activity and wellness interventions.
