**Job Summary** The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a full\-time, W\-2 employee responsible for delivering high\-quality, patient\- centered clinical care within NeoForm Wellness’ regenerative and integrative treatment model. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient education, regulatory compliance, and disciplined execution of evidence\-informed regenerative protocols. The ideal candidate is a clinically skilled, accountable provider who thrives in a structured, fast\-paced environment and demonstrates strong judgment, professionalism, and alignment with organizational standards while working collaboratively across clinical and operational teams. **Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical assessments, diagnostic interpretation, and candidacy determination for regenerative therapies. * Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans aligned with NeoForm Wellness’ regenerative protocols, clinical guidelines, and physician oversight requirements. * Perform approved regenerative and integrative clinical procedures within licensure, credentialing, training, and scope\-of\-practice standards. * Educate patients on regenerative treatment options, mechanisms of action, risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected outcomes, ensuring informed consent and patient understanding. * Monitor patient response to treatment, manage follow\-up care, and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated. * Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, meeting internal, regulatory, and audit standards. * Collaborate with Education Officers, coordinators, and leadership to ensure continuity of care and a high\-quality patient experience * Adhere to all federal, state, and local healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, scope\-of\-practice requirements, and NeoForm Wellness compliance policies. * Participate in quality assurance reviews, clinical audits, and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by leadership or Medical Director. **Additional Responsibilities (As Business Needs Require)** * Participation in regenerative medicine trainings, protocol updates, and clinical competency assessments. * Attendance at scheduled leadership, compliance, and strategic planning meetings. * Occasional travel for training, team meetings, or company events, as required. **Core Capabilities and Competencies** * Demonstrated clinical competence and sound medical judgment within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice. * Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain regenerative therapies clearly, ethically, and without overstatement. * High attention to detail and process discipline, particularly in documentation, consent, and protocol adherence. * Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to Medical Director oversight and organizational standards. * Professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive medical and personal information. * Team\-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, operational, and educational teams. * Adaptability and discipline in a growing, accountability\-driven healthcare organization. * Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, documentation standards, and scope\-of\-practice rules. * Proficiency with EMR systems, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary care coordination. * Ability to execute standardized clinical protocols while applying professional clinical judgment. * Comfort operating within accountability\-based operating systems and performance expectations. **Regenerative Medicine–Specific Clinical Competencies** * Working knowledge of regenerative medicine principles, including biologic therapies, mechanisms of tissue repair, inflammation modulation, and healing processes. * Ability to assess patient candidacy for regenerative treatments based on medical history, diagnostics, contraindications, and risk stratification. * Proficiency in patient education regarding regenerative therapies, including setting realistic expectations and addressing ethical considerations. * Familiarity with sterile technique, biologic handling protocols (as applicable), and post\-procedure monitoring standards. * Experience collaborating with physician oversight in regenerative or integrative care models. * Commitment to evidence\-informed practice, regulatory boundaries, and company\-approved clinical protocols. **Certifications (Required or Preferred)** * Active Nurse Practitioner certification (AANP or ANCC), as applicable. * DEA registration (if required for clinical scope). * Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, depending on clinical scope). **Compensation \& Benefits** * Full\-time W\-2 compensation, commensurate with experience, for trainings, meetings, or company events, as required. **Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. * Current, active Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state(s) of practice. **Experience** * Minimum of 2–5 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred (may vary based on specialty and training). * Experience in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, wellness, or integrative care strongly preferred. * Demonstrated experience with patient assessment, treatment planning, and longitudinal follow\-up care. * Experience practicing in structured clinical environments with established protocols, documentation standards, and compliance oversight. **Technical \&
