Operations Manager

**Position Summary** The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and operational activities to ensure efficiency, safety, quality, and on\-time delivery. This role requires a hands\-on leader who can drive process improvements, manage inventory and workflow, supervise staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments and be comfortable leading teams in a fast\-paced setting. **Key Responsibilities** Operations \& Leadership * Oversee daily warehouse and operational activities to ensure productivity and efficiency * Supervise, schedule, train, and develop warehouse and operations personnel * Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives, Lean principles, and operational best practices * Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics to improve workflow and reduce inefficiencies * Ensure staffing and production schedules are executed effectively * Coordinate preventative maintenance activities for equipment and facility operations * Lead daily operational meetings and communicate performance updates to leadership Safety \& Compliance * Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards * Promote a strong safety culture and report workplace incidents as required * Ensure employees follow operational and safety procedures Quality \& Process Improvement * Support quality control processes and perform operational quality checks * Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives * Monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy * Maintain operational documentation and records as needed Shipping, Receiving \& Inventory * Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes * Support production planning and on\-time delivery performance * Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP/WMS systems * Coordinate material movement and distribution activities **Qualifications** * 5\+ years of operations, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred * Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required * Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization initiatives preferred * Strong organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Bachelor’s degree preferred Physical Requirements * Ability to work in a warehouse environment * Standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement required * Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs Work Environment * Warehouse and operational facility environment * Use of forklifts, material handling equipment, and related operational tools/equipment
