Cast Lighting LLC is a national landscape lighting manufacturer with corporate offices in Hawthorne NJ. **Business Development Manager** **Job brief** We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our contractor installer customer base. Duties include assisting customers with product application, troubleshooting questions and work closely with the sales team to grow market share in the landscape lighting industry. Positioin eligible for bonus plan. **Responsibilities** * Assist with order processing and customer communication. * Contact prospects and leads for potential sales * Assist managing the CRM system, while working directly with our Sales Team to help direct and manage activities. * Assist with creating marketing plans to expand our contractor installer customer base. * Work in conjunction with the ERP system, Webstore and CRM systems to integrate and manage processes. * Help develop and manage online webstore sales to expand our customer base. * Contact customers with sales promotions and training. * Work closely with accounting and order entry staff to streamline methods. * Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat. * Resolve customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. * Provide recommendations to management team. * Attend industry trade shows when needed **Requirements and skills** * Familiarity with the Green Industry is a plus * Experience using help desk software and remote support tools * Understanding of how CRM systems work * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills * Multi\-tasking abilities * Patience when handling tough cases * Ability to respond to customer questions using social media * Ability to collaborate across departments and teams · Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty · Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process · Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer Cast Lighting offers a market salary with a generous benefit package including bonus plan, medical/dental, life insurance and matching 401k Plan.
