Practice Manager

**Practice Manager – Optometric Management Group** **Full\-Time \| Grove City/Washington Court House (Multi\-Location)** OMG Vision is seeking an experienced, driven, and people\-focused **Practice Manager** to support our growing optometry practices. This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast\-paced healthcare environment, enjoys improving operations, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. Able to operate between two locations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient service * Lead, coach, and support front desk, technicians, and optical staff * Monitor scheduling, staffing, and patient flow to maximize efficiency * Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, HIPAA, and clinical standards * Work closely with providers and leadership to implement practice initiatives * Track and improve KPIs including patient satisfaction, productivity, and operational performance * Assist with inventory, supplies, vendor coordination, and optical operations as needed * Serve as a point of contact for staff concerns, patient escalations, and operational problem\-solving * Travel to multiple locations ### **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of management experience in a medical practice (ophthalmology/optometry preferred but not required) * Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills * Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment * Comfortable with performance coaching and team development * Experience with EMR systems and scheduling software preferred * Knowledge of optical and/or clinical workflows is a plus * Reliable transportation and flexibility to work across multiple locations ### **What We Offer** * Competitive pay based on experience * Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) * 401(k) options * Paid time off and holidays
