We want a strategic partner who understands the Durban medical landscape, speaks the language of Physicians and GPs, and has the grit to drive significant volume to our world\-class diagnostic facilities. **What You’ll Do** * **Leverage Existing Networks:** Instantly tap into your current relationships with GPs and Specialists to promote FlowPath’s diagnostic services. * **Strategic Territory Management:** Own the Durban area, identifying high\-potential practices and converting them into loyal partners. * **Technical Consulting:** Act as a bridge between the laboratory and the clinician, explaining our specialized molecular and pathology offerings. * **Results\-Driven Growth:** Consistently meet and exceed monthly referral targets through high\-activity field work. **The Requirements (Non\-Negotiable)** * **Proven Track Record:** Minimum 3–5 years of successful lab pathology sales experience in the **Durban** area. * **Active Network:** You must have current, "warm" relationships with GPs and Physicians in the region. * **Productivity:** High\-energy individual who thrives on a high call rate and face\-to\-face engagement. * **Industry Knowledge:** Solid understanding of pathology services and medical aid landscapes. * **Mobility:** Valid driver’s license **What’s In It For You?** We reward high performance.
