Job Description As a Technical Test Analyst II, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure system functionality meets business requirements. Your role is critical in preventing defects in live systems through rigorous testing, change control, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities* Drive operational efficiency and propose cost\-effective solutions. * Deliver exceptional service by resolving queries quickly and effectively. * Collaborate with stakeholders (end\-users, SMEs, project managers, senior staff) to provide input on business requirements. * Build strong, collaborative relationships to achieve productivity synergies. * Develop and execute test plans, including regression testing, system analysis, and reviews. * Create design steps from test cases, execute validation plans, and compile test scripts. * Perform system analysis, coding, debugging, testing, and security/performance assessments. * Ensure compliance with IT development methodologies, governance, and audit requirements. * Develop and execute automated test scripts for enhancements and new requirements. * Prepare test estimations, submit test plans for sign\-off, and execute all test activities for allocated projects. Core Technical Skills Testing Tools \& Frameworks:* Selenium, Cypress, Playwright (Automation) * JUnit, TestNG (Unit Testing) * Postman, SOAPUI (API Testing) * JMeter, LoadRunner (Performance Testing) Programming \& Scripting:* Java, Python, JavaScript, C\# * Writing automated test scripts * Understanding OOP concepts Database \& SQL:* Writing queries for data validation * Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) Version Control:* Git/GitHub/GitLab for managing scripts and collaboration CI/CD Integration:* Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions for automated pipelines API \& Web Services Testing:* REST and SOAP protocols * JSON and XML handling Role Expectations Automation Scripting:* Adapt quickly to internal frameworks and standards. * Design robust, scalable, and maintainable automation scripts. * Suggest innovative ideas to streamline processes and reduce redundancy. Stakeholder Communication:* Collaborate effectively with QA, developers, business analysts, and product owners. * Understand systems from a business perspective and maintain open communication. Issue Resolution:* Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting. * Provide detailed information for timely issue resolution. Leadership:* Demonstrate problem\-solving and communication skills. * Work closely with the assigned technical team lead.
