**Job Title:** Product Operations Specialist (Technical \+ LLM) **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 6 Months Contract on W2 We are seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to drive high\-impact initiatives at the intersection of AI, data, and product operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting\-edge workflows involving **LLM training, data quality, and AI\-driven automation** , while partnering closely with product, engineering, and operations teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of **technical depth and program management** capability, with the ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision. You are a self\-starter and effective communicator, comfortable collaborating across global teams and navigating ambiguity. You thrive in fast\-paced environments and consistently deliver data\-driven, high\-quality outcomes You will play a key role in influencing product outcomes through data\-driven insights, scalable solutions, and cross\-functional collaboration, while managing multiple initiatives in a fast\-paced, evolving environment. **Required Qualifications:** * 8\+ years of experience in program management, product operations, consulting, or strategy * Expertise in **SQL (CTEs, joins, aggregations, transformations)** * Hands\-on experience with **AI tools, AI\-assisted workflows, or prompt\-based systems** * Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (automation, complex analysis) * Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast\-paced environments * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience with data annotation/labeling or LLM\-related workflows **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) * Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL, or data infrastructure concepts * Exposure to low\-code/no\-code or AI\-assisted prototyping * Experience working with engineering teams on technical requirements * Background in QA, testing, or ML/AI validation workflows
