Pediatric Medical Office Administrator for Kindercare Urgent Care

**Kindercare Urgent Care clinic is an evening and weekend Pediatric urgent care clinic by appointment only for patients 0\-18 years of age.** **A successful candidate should have the following qualities and qualifications:** * **Excellent interpersonal skills** * **Excellent organizational skills** * **Excellent verbal/written communication skills** * **Excellent Computer skills** * **Diligent and hard working** * **Able to provide exceptional professional customer service** * **Able to work effectively with a diverse client population including people with developmental disabilities and mental health concerns** * **Able to multitask in an organized and efficient manner** * **Exceptional customer service skills: able to offer a higher level of services** **Responsibilities include:** * **Greeting patients** * **Registering patients and obtaining all necessary demographic information and accurately inputting all information into the Electronic Medical Record** * **Scheduling, cancelling, rescheduling appointments.** * **Managing, preparing, maintaining, updating, and scanning documents for the electronic medical records** * **Answering phones, retrieving voicemail messages, managing email** * **Managing patient appointments and health care providers schedule;** * **Create bills \& complete point of sales transactions** * **Helping with patient care** * **Provides coverage for other admin staff during scheduled and unscheduled absences due to vacation, illness, etc.** * **Supporting physicians as needed to enable their efficient, high quality care delivery** * **Other administrative duties as assigned** **Thank you.
