#### **Job Overview** * **Application Deadline:** 7 March 2026 * **Job Location:** Somerset West, Western Cape * **Job Title:** Financial Manager * **Education Level:** Bachelors Degree * **Job Level:** Intermediate * **Minimum Experience:** 3 \- 5 Years ### **Financial Manager required in Somerset West.** **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Manage daily financial operations and payment processing, * Execute accurate and timely month\-end processing * Maintain integrity and reconciliation of payment platform systems * Manage financial reporting to the CEO, Board and Shareholders * Run annual audit * Process Payroll, VAT, provisional and annual tax submissions. * Continuously improve financial processes, systems and cross\-functional dependencies * Stay updated on the latest technologies * Ensure continuous updating of financial software with recent information * Provide accurate data for strategic decision\-making * Prepare monthly internal and external stakeholder reporting **Requirements:** * Matric * Chartered Accountant (CA(SA) or CIMA) * 1\-3 Years experience in a similar role * Financial Operations Management * Month\-end processing and reporting * Preparation of Management Accounts and Bank Reconciliations * Periodic system reconciliations * Google Sheets Power Users * Google Suite (equivalent MS Packages) * Xero Accounting software * Writing, Reporting \& Presentation communication * Project Management * Data Analytics \& Contextual AI development
