You will provide support and handle feedback pertaining to outpatient systems to achieve a seamless, hassle-free service delivery for our patients. You will also liaise with Information Technology department and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on systems enhancement projects at the Ministry, SingHealth cluster, hospital or department level. In addition, you will develop training materials and conduct training on the use of outpatient business systems for the department.
