Product Manager

**Role Purpose** The Product Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to shape and structure the firm’s end\-to\-end product vision, governance framework, and delivery discipline. Essential Requir** * ementsDemonstrated experience in product management within financial services, preferably in brokerage or trading plat * forms.Strong understanding of product governance, structured product delivery, and backlog manag * ement.Experience working in cross\-functional environments involving Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Mark * eting.Deep understanding of CFD brokerage and international equity and ETF ma * rkets.Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into clear product roadmaps and delivery * plans.Strong stakeholder management and communication s * kills.Ability to operate effectively in fast\-paced, high\-growth environ **ments.
