Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable blockchain solutions, including decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms. Write clean, efficient, and secure code in languages such as Solidity, Rust, Go, or Node.js for blockchain development. Integrate blockchain technologies with existing systems and third-party applications. Conduct thorough code reviews, performance testing, and security audits to ensure the integrity and reliability of blockchain protocols and applications. Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and functional solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to blockchain networks and applications. Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps and strategic direction for blockchain initiatives. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence within the remote team. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technology. Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts on major blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon). Proficiency in one or more smart contract development languages (e.g., Solidity, Vyper) and experience with blockchain frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle). Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, distributed systems, and consensus algorithms. Experience with backend development using languages like Go, Node.js, Python, or Java. Familiarity with front-end development (React, Vue.js) is a plus. Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.) and DeFi protocols. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, agile team environment. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
