Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate projects from conception to completion related to wastewater treatment and chemical processing systems within an industrial environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Industrial Project Management, SolidWorks, a background in industrial design, excellent client relations abilities, and experience in industrial environments. Reports to: Company Officers Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Duties/Responsibilities: * Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s project management strategy particularly as it relates to current and future sales and volume projections. * Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. * Effectively coordinate and work with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Continuously monitor project progress, proactively resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives. * Utilize SolidWorks to create and modify detailed mechanical drawings and designs specific to wastewater treatment systems. * Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to validate design accuracy and feasibility. * Evaluate existing designs and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency and cost\-effectiveness. * Ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. * Leverage project management software to meticulously track project progress, allocate resources, and manage budgets. * Implement effective project management best practices to ensure project success. * Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally when requested. * Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and exemplary customer service during the manufacturing and equipment installation process. * Ensure that project deliverables consistently meet or surpass client expectations. * Collaborate closely with sales and manufacturing staff to ensure timely delivery and availability of project materials. * Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that all products meet stringent specifications and standards. * Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the highest quality outcomes. * Performs other duties as assigned. Education/Experience: * Proficiency in SolidWorks for mechanical design and drafting. * Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. * Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Knowledge of wastewater treatment systems and/or chemical processing equipment is a **plus**. * Experience in a heavy industrial environment is advantageous. * Excellent problem\-solving and organizational abilities. Physical Requirements: * The ability to move around a heavy industrial environment to inspect project materials, equipment, and processes. * Walking, standing, and sometimes climbing stairs or ladders may be necessary. * The ability to communicate effectively with team members and workers in a noisy environment. * Lifting and carrying heavy objects, materials, or equipment may be required. * Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety vests, steel\-toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses as required by the warehouse's safety protocols. * Adapting to varying temperatures, humidity levels, and weather conditions within the facility. * Exposure to dust, fumes, and loud noise levels may also be common. * Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients, or attend project\-related meetings/training, or as a support function. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage multiple projects, interact with clients, and ensure the successful design and delivery of wastewater treatment systems within an industrial environment. Strong technical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
