**Business Analyst (Entry\-Level / Junior / Associate)** Role Description Support business operations and strategic initiatives by analyzing data, evaluating processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational performance. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and organizational objectives. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical presentations that provide insights into key performance indicators, business trends, and process effectiveness. Work closely with cross\-functional teams to support project implementation, process optimization, and business transformation initiatives. Deliver data\-driven recommendations and actionable insights that support informed decision\-making, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to sustainable business growth and organizational success. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical\-thinking, and problem\-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, data analysis methodologies, and business process evaluation techniques. Familiarity with requirements gathering, process mapping, performance measurement, project coordination, and business reporting practices is advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels. Strong organizational and time\-management capabilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of business intelligence, process improvement frameworks, change management, and data\-driven decision\-making principles is a plus.
