Operator/Foreman

**Overview** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operator/Supervisor to lead construction projects and oversee daily operations on\-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry\-standard software and tools. This role involves supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project quality and timelines. The Operator/Supervisor will play a critical role in coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring projects meet all specifications and standards. **Responsibilities** * Supervise construction crews and manage daily site operations to ensure efficient workflow * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution * Coordinate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and contract adherence * Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety standards and project specifications * Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols among team members * Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, issues, and resolutions * Lead problem\-solving efforts during construction activities to address unforeseen challenges **Experience** * Proven management experience in infrastructure construction or heavy civil projects, with supervising responsibilities preferred * Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control measures * Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and project scheduling techniques * Hands\-on experience with pipeline projects or similar infrastructure work is a plus * OSHA qualifications or equivalent safety training is preferred * Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality standards Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $26\.66 \- $31\.31 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
