Software Engineer

Life Factory Engineer (C\+\+) **Location:** Remote **Contract:** 6\-month initial contract We are currently looking for an experienced C\+\+ Engineer to support the ongoing development, maintenance, testing, and modernisation of an enterprise platform. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain solutions within a complex enterprise environment * Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects * Support application upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects * Contribute to software quality improvements and technical documentation * Support production issues and ongoing platform stability Required Skills * Strong C\+\+ development experience * Experience working with large and complex enterprise applications * Experience with bug fixing, maintenance, and enhancement activities * Strong understanding of regression testing and software quality practices * Experience supporting migration or transformation initiatives * Fluent German and English Nice to Have * Experience working in highly customised software environments * Experience with Java * Experience with SQL and relational databases * Exposure to automated testing frameworks * Experience working on business\-critical applications
