About the role

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced **Sr. Manufacturing Engineer** to support engineering and process improvement initiatives within a highly automated and regulated manufacturing environment. This role will focus on equipment design, manufacturing line enhancements, facility upgrades, and project execution while partnering closely with Automation, Validation, Quality, Operations, and external vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drive manufacturing process improvements to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. * Develop manufacturing layouts, equipment modifications, tooling, and fixture designs to support production requirements. * Create and maintain engineering documentation including equipment specifications, drawings, procedures, and technical reports. * Support equipment procurement, installation, startup, and operational readiness activities. * Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to execute engineering projects from concept through implementation. * Participate in equipment qualification, commissioning, and validation activities. * Conduct engineering assessments, feasibility studies, and risk evaluations to support manufacturing initiatives. * Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues and implement sustainable corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, safety standards, and regulatory expectations. * Provide technical expertise across manufacturing, quality, automation, and validation teams. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline. * 5\+ years of manufacturing or mechanical engineering experience. * Experience supporting automated production systems and manufacturing equipment. * Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and engineering design tools. * Strong understanding of equipment installation, modification, and manufacturing line optimization. * Ability to interpret and develop engineering drawings and technical documentation. * Familiarity with PLC\-controlled equipment and HMI interfaces. * Experience working within GMP\-regulated manufacturing environments. * Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills.
