Residential Construction Superintendent

**Overview** We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage large\-scale complex residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. **Duties** \- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish \- Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements \- Maintain project schedules and critical path identification \- Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met \- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress, heavy site presence. \- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders \- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations **Qualifications** \- Proven experience in construction management \- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices \- Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, JobTread, etc. \- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications \- Excellent communication and leadership skills \- Familiarity with budgeting, contract management, and construction estimating \- General carpentry knowledge is beneficial Join our team as a Construction Superintendent and be part of exciting projects that make a difference!
