**Senior Full\-Stack Software Engineer** **Overview** A growing technology company is seeking a **Senior Full\-Stack Software Engineer** to help build and scale web\-based applications. This role will contribute across both frontend and backend systems, delivering high\-quality, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate is a senior\-level engineer who can operate across the stack and contribute immediately in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend systems * Build scalable backend services and APIs * Develop responsive and performant frontend interfaces * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver features * Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision\-making * Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices * Mentor junior engineers as needed **Required Qualifications** * Experience as a Full\-Stack Software Engineer * Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (React preferred) * Experience with backend technologies such as Go, PHP, or similar languages * Ability to design and build scalable systems * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience leading or mentoring engineers * Experience with modern web architecture and APIs * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices * Experience in high\-growth or startup environments **Compensation \& Benefits** * Salary: $150,000\-160,000 base salary * Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits provided **Work Environment** * Full\-time role * Collaborative engineering team * Fast\-paced product development environment LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
