Physical Therapy Technician

Center for Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is looking to hire a full time physical therapy technician. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our great team. We are a small, but busy, privately owned outpatient physical therapy practice. This position would be a great opportunity for an individual wanting to go to physical therapy/physical therapy assistant school one day. The clinic is open M\-F 7am to 6pm. The hours would vary based on the patient caseload at time of hiring and would be discussed during interview process. Past experience is encouraged but not a requirement. Training will begin once hired. * Health science undergraduate degree obtained * Goal driven individual * Background in anatomy/exercise science * Ability to interact/talk/assist patients with their exercise programs * Ability to respond to constructive feedback * Able to assist and learn skills from front desk staff including authorizations * Respectful and reliable individual * Desire to learn and grow as a PT tech * General housekeeping tasks * Ability to talk on phone with patients and staff * Open communication with PTs and clinic staff * Ability to work well with other PT techs to assist patients and troubleshoot during busier clinic times * Keep clinic safe and clean for patients arrival and departures Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $15\.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Medical Specialty: * Orthopedics * Sports Medicine Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
