Product Owner - Billing Platform - Remote

Product Owner \- Billing Systems \- Remote * Lead end\-to\-end product ownership for billing migration initiatives, specifically AT\&T to DIRECTV transitions * Partner with business stakeholders, billing SMEs, and product owners to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements * Translate business needs into well\-defined product features, user stories, and functional specifications for engineering and vendor teams * Work closely with external vendors to guide development, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery * Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in migration processes and proactively propose solutions * Monitor post\-migration performance, customer impact, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
