Head of Structured Solutions Sales - Switzerland

* Lead and develop the structured solutions sales business across Switzerland * Build, manage, and expand relationships with private banks, external asset managers (EAMs), family offices, and institutional clients * Drive revenue through structured products, including **structured notes, AMCs, and securitisation solutions** * Distribute multi\-issuer investment solutions across equities, rates, FX, and credit * Structure and originate bespoke investment solutions tailored to client requirements * Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Swiss market * Collaborate closely with structuring, trading, and product teams to deliver innovative client solutions * Provide clients with market insights, trade ideas, and product strategies * Own and manage P\&L, ensuring consistent revenue generation * Act as a senior representative of the firm to key clients and stakeholders
