They are now entering an exciting phase of transformation\-modernising operations through digital innovation, data, and AI\-driven solutions. **The Opportunity** You're a **Technical Product Analyst** who'll sit at the intersection of **data, technology, and business operations** , helping shape and deliver solutions that genuinely drive value. Working closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and engineering teams, you'll take ideas from concept through to delivery\-ensuring solutions are well\-defined, user\-friendly, and aligned to business objectives. **What You'll Be Doing** * Collaborate with business stakeholders to uncover challenges, understand processes, and define desired outcomes * Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for engineering teams * Identify high\-value opportunities for improvement, challenging unnecessary scope where needed * Work closely with engineers to support solution delivery, including building user interfaces using enterprise tools (e.g. Palantir Foundry, Power Automate or similar) * Engage SMEs to capture, analyse, and document detailed requirements * Support projects end\-to\-end: design, build, testing, deployment, and post\-go\-live optimisation * Lead hyper\-care support to ensure smooth adoption and system stability * Enable a seamless transition into Business\-as\-Usual operations through documentation and knowledge transfer * Continuously gather feedback and drive ongoing improvements **Your skills will include** * Strong ability to analyse business processes and identify value\-driven solutions * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and influence stakeholders * Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables * Exposure to low\-code / no\-code or UI tools (e.g. Power Platform, Foundry, or similar) * A detail\-oriented mindset with a strong focus on clarity and quality * Natural curiosity and a proactive approach to problem\-solving * An eye for good solution and interface design **Why Join?** * Be part of a **major digital transformation journey** * Work on innovative, data\-driven and AI\-enabled projects * Collaborate with talented teams across business and technology * Opportunity to shape how technology drives real operational value For full details please contact Tim Philpotts at Morson
