Senior Business Analyst (Fortune 100Co)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive data\-informed decision\-making across our distribution and supply chain operations. This role partners with stakeholders in logistics, inventory management, and operations to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable analytics solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Translate business needs into functional requirements and analytical solutions * Analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover trends, optimize distribution networks, and improve operational efficiency * Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support performance tracking and forecasting * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (IT, operations, finance) to implement process improvements * Lead project initiatives, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment support **Qualifications:** * 5\+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in distribution, logistics, or supply chain * Advanced SQL skills (required) * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder communication skills * Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data modeling * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (MBA a plus) This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs with technical execution in a fast\-paced, data\-driven environment.
