Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Lakeland facility. This role will lead warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and safety functions while ensuring productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * :Manage daily operations across warehouse and manufacturing departments * .Lead and develop supervisors and team members * .Monitor productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and safety performance * .Coordinate shipping, receiving, and transportation activities * .Identify and resolve operational issues while improving processes * .Maintain standard operating procedures and best practices * .Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization * .Support new systems and continuous improvement initiatives * .Provide operational updates and performance reports to leadership .
