The General Counsel will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role involves providing comprehensive legal counsel, corporate development, and support to the CEO, COO, board of directors, and senior leaders across organization. The General Counsel will spearhead the corporate legal strategy, regulatory and risk compliance programs, and oversee all legal and regulatory affairs for the organization.
