Onboarding Specialist

**Position Title: Onboarding Associate** **Duration: 6 months** **Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016** **Pay range: $25 \- $27 Hourly on w2** **Position Overview** The Onboarding Associate serves as the primary liaison between candidates/new hires and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the organization. This role supports onboarding activities for a designated business line and partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, technology teams, and other stakeholders. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including equipment requests, system access, onboarding materials, and stakeholder updates. * Monitor completion of onboarding milestones, tasks, and workflows for candidates, new hires, and hiring managers. * Identify and escalate process issues to ensure timely onboarding and adherence to service expectations. * Conduct onboarding support sessions and provide guidance to stakeholders regarding onboarding tools and processes. **Required Skills** * Intermediate\-level Microsoft Excel skills. * Experience with SharePoint. * Proficiency with MS Outlook **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Workday. * Experience with ServiceNow. * Prior HR, administrative, or onboarding experience. **Core Competencies** * Customer Focus * Communication Skills * Planning \& Organization * Data Gathering \& Reporting * Process Improvement * Relationship Management * Flexibility \& Adaptability * Risk Management * Business Acumen * Managing Multiple Priorities **Education** * High school diploma required. * Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education. ***Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
