We need a negotiator who can go toe-to-toe with subbies and secure the best results for the project. Procurement Mastery: Lead Phase 4 procurement with precision. High-Value Packages: Full ownership of £10m Facade and £15m M&E packages. Commercial Strategy: Manage the letting process from end to end under Main Contract conditions. Fast-Paced Delivery: Keep pace with a Tier 1/2 environment where momentum is everything. About You We aren't looking for "job hoppers."
