. Executive Summary Viral Vind Technologies is seeking an elite **Senior Blockchain Protocol Engineer** to lead the development of **Phantom Proto**. This is a high\-stakes, onsite role in Karachi for an engineer who excels in low\-level systems programming and cryptographic implementation. You will be responsible for building the privacy\-preserving infrastructure that allows our autonomous AI systems to operate with absolute data integrity. 2\. Core Responsibilities * **Protocol Engineering:** Architect and optimize a high\-performance blockchain protocol from the ground up using **Rust**. * **Cryptographic Implementation:** Integrate **Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE)** and **Zero\-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP)** into the core execution layer to ensure "Stealth\-by\-Default" transactions. * **Security \& Auditing:** Write adversarial\-grade code. You are responsible for the protocol's resistance against Sybil attacks, front\-running, and cryptographic exploits. * **Infrastructure Design:** Manage the consensus mechanism and data availability layers, ensuring sub\-second finality and high throughput. * **Onsite Collaboration:** Work directly with the CEO and AI engineering teams to bridge the gap between autonomous agentic workflows and on\-chain execution. 3\. Required Technical Qualifications * **Rust Mastery:** Minimum 3\+ years of professional experience in **Rust** (or 5\+ years in C\+\+) with a focus on memory safety, concurrency, and performance tuning. * **Cryptography:** Deep understanding of cryptographic primitives, including Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), AES, and SHA\-3\. * **Advanced Tech:** Proven ability to implement or optimize **ZKP (zk\-SNARKs/STARKs)** or **Multi\-Party Computation (MPC)**. * **Systems Design:** Experience with distributed systems, p2p networking (libp2p), and consensus algorithms (BFT/PoS). * **Environment:** Comfortable working in a Linux\-heavy, high\-security onsite "War Room" environment. 4\.
