Key Responsibilities: \- Support dispatch operations and daily workflow coordination. \- Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and transport teams to facilitate smooth service delivery. \- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. \- Assist in the management of staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and support. \- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. \- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transport services. \- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service efficiency and quality. \- Provide training and support to new staff members. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Bilingual communication skills are preferred to assist diverse client needs Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
