SITE MANAGER

A prestigious turnkey engineering solutions company based in Saxenburg Park, Cape Town seeks to employ an experienced **Site Manager** to join our dynamic and growing team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate is a reliable, hands\-on professional with a strong work ethic and a proven track record. **ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Site Management**: Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules. **Team Leadership:** Lead and manage site teams, including technicians, contractors, and laborers, to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks. **Safety and Risk Management:** Identify, assess, and mitigate site\-specific risks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies. **Quality Control:** Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. **Installation and Maintenance:** Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of required works on order, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. **Troubleshooting:** Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior technical staff or project managers. **Inventory Management:** Manage site inventory, including equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. **Documentation and Reporting:** Complete and submit site reports, including progress updates, safety incidents, and quality issues. **Stakeholder Management:** Liaise with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and customers, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. **Compliance and Governance:** Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legislative requirements, including those related to HSE, quality, and security. **REQUIREMENTS:** Relevant technical certification or degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications, wireless high sites, or data centre build and maintenance Proven track record of site supervision, team leadership, and technical expertise Strong knowledge of wireless high sites and data centre design, build, and maintenance Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills **Package \& Remuneration** Area: Saxenburg Park, Blackheath Salary offered: Depending on experience and references Starting date: As soon as possible. **Interested?** If you meet the above requirements, kindly forward your CV to hr@pulse\-tech.co.za with at least two contactable references from persons to whom you have reported to.
