Sports Physical Therapist

**Job Overview** We are seeking a Sports Physical Therapist to join our team. We are a performance\-based sports physical therapy clinic dedicated to helping athletes return to sport stronger, faster, and more resilient than before injury. Our clinic bridges the gap between traditional physical therapy and true return\-to\-sport preparation. The ideal candidate will have OCS and/or SCS board certification, and will value evidence\-based practice and outcome\-driven rehab. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patients’ specific sports injuries and physical needs. * Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ musculoskeletal systems, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. * Manage discharge planning for patients who have met benchmarks * Provide therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic exercise, BFR, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and physiotherapy techniques to reduce pain and restore function. * Monitor patient progress through EMR systems, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Educate patients on injury prevention, proper biomechanics, and home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery. * Collaborate with physicians, coaches, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies. * Perform benchmark testing for Return to Sport assessments. **Skills** * Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles with expertise in orthopedics, and sports medicine. * Proficiency in clinical documentation within EMR systems. * Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations * Ability to work collaboratively with team in fast\-paced clinical settings.
