We truly value our residents and our colleagues! * We are a 160\-bed Post\-Acute Skilled Nursing Facility located in Whittier, CA and specialize in short term rehabilitation! * Medical, Dental and Vision benefits, HSA, FSA, Life Insurance! * 401k, PTO/Vacation Accrual, Employee Assistance Program! **What we’re looking for:** * Plan, organize, develop, and direct all in\-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. * RNA program administration * DSD and DON will share the responsibility of supervising the staffing. * Plan, develop, direct, evaluate, and coordinate educational and on\-the\-job training programs. * Provide leadership in formulating the goals and objectives of the in\-service educational programs of this facility. Education/Requirements: * Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN in California. * Current CPR certification * Must pass pre\-employment back ground check and physical * Must 2\+ years of experience as a nurse on the floor.
